RULES
Product description
Product is a music album consisting of phonograms given on the album cover. A disc is inserted in a plastic bag, which is packed in film. Album description contains the information about album phonograms (songs), phonogram authors, performers and information about album producer. Additionally receiving the product you can receive the information about SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti”, offered products and other additional information.
Product price
All taxes are included in the order price of the product. Total order price is formed by product price and delivery fee. One can get acquainted with the product price and offer price by making an order. Payment for the product should be made by making an order. Total order costs (together with delivery fee) can be calculated by pressing the button „Calculate”. All prices are given in lats LVL.
Delivery fee
Delivery fee depends on the delivery address given to which the purchase should be delivered. Product delivery fees do not depend on the number of ordered products (discs). One can get acquainted with delivery fees by making an order.
Terms of delivery
The order is delivered within 2 (two) working days if the order has been done till 15.00. If you cannot be met at the given address or contacted by the given phone number, you can receive the order within 10 (ten) days in the local post office presenting the invitation left by the postman. A representative of Latvijas Pasts' currier post has the right to call you in order to coordinate delivery of the product in time convenient for you. Delivery address can be chosen only within the territory of Latvia.

Rights to refuse
You have the right to refuse from the delivered product or concluded contract within 14 days. Within seven days after sending the refusal form you have the right to return the product sending it by post to the address: SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti”, Slokas Street 69, Riga, LV-1007. In the refusal form you should give complete requested information and add document confirming the payment.
Complaints and refusal
All complaints and refusals you can send to the address: SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti”, Slokas Street 69, Riga, LV-1007 or electronical mail address: veikals@micrec.lv. In complaint you should give name, surname, address, phone number of the product purchaser, place and date of complain completion, reason of complain.
Product service and guarantees
SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti” guarantees that your order will be delivered on time and following the order. The purchase will be delivered by Latvijas Pasts’ currier post. Receiving low-quality or damaged product you will receive new one instead if you send the damaged product back to us by post adding documents confirming the purchase. SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti” is not responsible for the quality and deficiencies of products if the product has been used or stored incorrectly after receipt, regulatory enactments have been violated otherwise or restriction of liability provided for in regulatory enactments has taken effect.
Period during which the offer or price is valid
Product price may change in the result of market changes. If after confirmation of the order the product price has changed (increased, decreased), the product will be delivered for the price defined upon the moment of ordering. In the Web page http://www.micrec.lv you have the right to change the order, delete the ordered discs, add more discs or change delivery address. Mentioned order parameters can be changed up to the moment the order confirmation is sent to the electronical mail address given in the order.
NB!! Make sure that electronical mail address is correct.
Technical and legal parameters of contract
Order of the product can be made in Latvian. Terms of the Contract are elaborated in Latvian. You are fully responsible for the mistakes made in the order unless you prove that the mistake has happened due to SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti” fault. After purchasing the product on the Web page http://www.micrec.lv you will receive three electronical mails:
1) that an order has been made and it can be confirmed by clicking on the link in this mail;
2) that the order has been confirmed;
3) that the ordered products are transferred to currier post.
If mistakes are made in the order, you have the right not to confirm the order after receiving the first electronical mail, and the product will not be considered as ordered. If you have confirmed the order and you have not immediately (within some minutes) notified about changing the order also after receiving the third electronical mail (notification that the purchase is transferred to currier post, the contract is deemed to be completely concluded.
